I'm Allen Hong.

I have spent 12 years in mortgage lending, based in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a Mortgage Advisor with Flex Path Funding, a trade name of Clarke Capital LLC.

Most of the work is with business owners, people paid on a 1099, rental investors, and homeowners who want to use equity. I also originate conventional, FHA, and VA loans when those fit better. I am licensed in Arizona, Texas, and California. Investor loans use a separate coverage list. If a property is outside the coverage for the option you asked about, I still take the inquiry and review it before any introduction to another mortgage professional.
