This page describes what this website actually collects and where an inquiry goes. It is the privacy notice for theallenhong.com. It is not the brokerage's full consumer privacy notice, which is provided when that notice applies to a loan file.

Who this is

Borrower forms

The homepage chooser, the contact forms, and the landing-page forms collect:

• First name, email, and mobile number.
• Property state, and the goal when the page has not already established it.
• Optional note: "Anything else I should know?"
• Answers you select, such as self-employed, rental, fix and flip, or home equity.
• The page you submitted from, and advertising parameters when they are in the link: UTM tags, gclid, and fbclid.
• Whether the optional text-message box was checked, the consent sentence that was shown, and the time of the submission. The box starts unchecked. You can ask for a call without checking it.

Professional form

The form for referral partners collects the professional's name, optional company, role, email, optional phone, and a note about how Allen can help. It does not collect the client's contact details, and it does not treat the professional's submission as permission to text the client.

Where an inquiry goes

The form is sent to a server-side handler on this site. That handler stores the inquiry in GoHighLevel, the system Allen uses to follow up. Your email is saved on the contact. The answers, property state, page, and advertising parameters are saved in a note on that contact.

A borrower inquiry within confirmed coverage is added to Allen's borrower follow-up workflow. An inquiry outside that coverage, or one that still needs the product confirmed, is saved for Allen to review. It is not added to that workflow, and it is not sent to a referral partner. A partner introduction happens only after Allen speaks with you and you confirm that you want it. A professional inquiry is not added to the borrower workflow. It is routed to a separate referral destination. If that destination is not configured, the form reports that the referral was not sent and keeps what you typed.

The site shows a success message only after that destination accepts the submission. These forms do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or account number. Do not put those in the note.

Hosting and measurement

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare delivers the pages and the form request. Analytics or advertising pixels are not added unless a measurement ID is configured for this site. Preview addresses on pages.dev are marked noindex. theallenhong.com is not.

What this page does not decide

How long GoHighLevel keeps a contact, and whether inquiry data is sold or shared beyond that follow-up, are not stated here. Ask Allen if you need that answer before you submit.
