Bank statement and 1099 files, rental properties, asset-based qualification, and home equity. Conventional, FHA, and VA loans are part of the work when they fit.

How I communicate
You and the client both hear what is needed and what happens next. I do not hand the file to an assistant and disappear. If something is missing, I say so.
How to send a referral
Call 602-887-8989, email [email protected], or use the form. The form asks for your details and how I can help. Please do not send a client's Social Security number, account number, or permission to text them.
