Rental property checklist
Bring what you know about the property. Estimates are fine if a lease is not signed yet.
- A lease or a rent estimate
- Entity documents, if an entity is part of the purchase
- Photo identification
- Information about reserves
- Insurance information, if you have it
- Property details: address, type, and whether it is rented
